I'm Wrapped Around Your Finger

Hello there!

Once again, I'm sorry it's been so long, turns out college doesn't get more relaxed after exams, so it's been hellish, but here goes!

If you follow me on Instagram (which you totally should, I post way more on there, just saying) you might know that I recently won a giveaway from a new vintage and customized online store called Poison Ivy, and if you're into grunge, 90's or boho fashion, it's a great place to look. I won a cut off shirt from there, which I love and I thought I'd style it in a few ways for you.

Outfit 1

As it is summer,  I went for a festival look, pairing the shirt with some cut off denim shorts from the tall section of Topshop and my trusty River Island leather jacket. I also picked out some thrifted jewellery; a hand chain and a large pendant necklace, both of which I got from a carboot sale.

Outfit 2

Secondly, I thought this top would make a good cover up for the beach on holiday, as it is light and colourful, so I put it over my Miss Sixty bikini bottoms that I bought a lifetime ago, and my La Senza bikini top.

Outfit 3

Finally, as I'm a sucker for my MOM jeans, I had to pair it with them. I also added a kimono because as you know, British weather is awfully unpredictable!

I hope you enjoyed this, and do go and check out Poison Ivy!
(BTW I haven't been asked to do this, I just really like the store!)
Let me know what you think!

The Itchy and Scratchy Show

Hello there!

First of all I can't apologize enough for being off the radar in terms of blogging for so long, but anyone who's around my age knows just how stressful the past few months have been in relation to school or college or university, but I've officially finished my AS Levels at college! Unfortunately I don't get too much of a break, back to start A2 on Monday *cries* but anyway, I thought I'd get something posted today, and where better to start than the divine new Drop Dead collection; the Itchy and Scratchy Show!
I'm going to go through my favourite pieces from the collection, and leave all the links and information as well so if you haven't already you can go and check it out! Let's get started!

Now, I have a massive love for anything oversized, comfy and that can create a really cute lazy day outfit, and this collection is full of pieces like that, for instance the Butter Off Dead pullover hoody, which I absolutely NEED in my life!

It looks perfect to just through on over some leggings or shorts on one of those days where you really can't be bothered, or even for those chilly nights that we still seem to be getting here in England.

My next favourite is the Let Them Eat Scratchy knit, which is similar to the unicorn print jumper Drop Dead did a few seasons ago (that I adored).
Another jumper now, this time from the mens section and it's the Kitty Kill Condition sweater and it just looks so bloody cool!

Finally, one of the best holdall bags I've seen in a while, perfect for travelling or a day out that would require a load of stuff, the Slaughter Is The Best Medicine holdall bag (on a side note, I adore the names of all these as well!)

I hope you liked this, and once again I'm reeeeaaaalllyyyy sorry for being away so long, I will try my best to post on a more regular basis now :)

Thank you!

Please don't hate me

Hello there guys!

I'm super super sorry that I haven't been posting, but if you're in school/college/uni you'll know that right now is a very stressful and busy time, making it a lot harder to post things on here. Regular posts will be back again soon, but for the mean time I'm still posting loads over on my Instagram if you're interested.

Please bare with me here
Thank you

MTV Movie Awards Best Dressed 2014

Hello there!

I thought I'd do a quick run through of my favourite outfits from this years MTV Movie Awards, as seeing how celebrities express their style on the red carpet is something that really interests me.

#1 has to be Rita Ora. Her black deep plunge floor length dress was stunning, and I think it complimented her really really well (I'm not going to lie, little bit of a girl crush after this outfit)

#2 was Ellie Goulding. Ellie's red carpet white dress was stunning, and I did actually prefer it to the dress she later performed in, but both were beautiful.

#3 Ellen Page. I've loved Ellen since Juno, but her androgynous style really stood out for me, and I think she looks just as beautiful as any of the other women.

#4 Jessica Alba's scuba fabric skirt was really on trend and she looked fabulous as always!

#5 well, I think this one is highly highly deserving of best dressed...don't you agree? ZAC EFRON

I hope you enjoyed this, let me know what your favourite outfit from the 2014 MTV Movie Awards was in the comments!
Thank you

Jaws On The Floor

Hello there!

My best friend is turning 18 in a couple of weeks, and to celebrate she's having a huge shindig, which I'm very excited for, even more so because it means I have to buy a new fancy outfit for the occasion! The only problem is there are so many gorgeous pieces out there at the moment I'm spoilt for choice! So I've narrowed it down to 3 choices and I thought I'd share them with you, purely because I love seeing what people wear for different occasions, and I thought you'd like it.

Let me know in the comments which one's your favourite, I could really use the help!

Thank you

Together In Paris

Hello there...or should I say Bonjour!

I thought I'd share a few of the pictures from my weekend in Paris. It was one of the best couple of days I've had in a long time, so worth the 12 hour coach journey both ways. The weather on the Saturday was glorious and it really added to the Paris experience.

The Friday was spent mostly travelling, but we had a couple of hours that night to go and get something to eat around Paris. Unfortunately I was ill from all the travelling so I couldn't enjoy the food, but my friends all said it was fabulous.

Saturday was our full day, and we spent the morning in Versailles looking at the palace and the gardens, which were beautiful, especially in the sunshine.

After Versailles, we had the joys of the most mental tour guide taking us on a coach tour of Paris, she was absolutely brilliant.
We were then given about 3 and a half hours to wander around Pairs, to get something to eat and just explore. Me and a few of my friends found the Lovelock bridge and bought padlock to put our names on and add to the hundreds of thousands already there. After, we sauntered along the Seine looking in all the little souvenir shops and eventually finding a brass band on a bank of the river, where we sat amongst the locals watching the moonlight on the river and the spotlight of the Eiffel Tower, and I'm not going to lie, there were tears in my eyes it was so beautiful.

Our last morning was spent in the Louvre and on the Metro, which was a great experience. We saw the Mona Lisa which was amazing, some fabulous french fashion and we were treated to accordion and saxaphone players on the Metro. Then began the horribly long drive to Calais to get the ferry back to Dover. The ferry had a duty free type shop, so I made an exceptionally cheeky purchase and finally got my hands on Daisy by Marc Jacobs!

I hope you enjoyed this, let me know what you think in the comments, and what your favourite thing about Paris is if you've ever been!
Thank you

Rock to My Roll

Hello there!

I am currently in Paris, but being the organised person that I am (pause for laughter), here's a post I made earlier!

Having a Boots on my college doorstep is both a help and a hindrance, as it means I'm always in there and today was no exception. I've been looking into starting a new skin care routine for a while, so when I popped into Boots I thought I'd pick up some bits from the Botanics range.

I also got some miniatures for Paris from the Soap and Glory range; the Clean, GirlsSkin Softening Creamy Body Wash and the Daily Smooth Body Butter.

Let me know in the comments if you've tried any of these and what you think!
Thank you
